The Integral Services (GS) Interaction Model Demand & Service Excellence team is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Product Manager. Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, this individual will manage a defined portfolio of digital product capabilities that support scalable, cross-functional service management and customer interactions.

This role provides day-to-day business product management for a subset of digital products that power the GS Interaction Model, including ServiceNow, Genesys, and associated capabilities. The Manager will translate product strategy and partner needs into prioritized requirements, roadmaps, releases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
