Miami based Company leader in the plastic and paper packaging industry is looking for a SALES SUPPORT ANALYST for its team in Medellin.
As a SALES SUPPORT ANALYST, you will be the right hand of our Sales Representatives throughout the entire sales cycle, from the first call to a new lead to the moment the order reaches the customer. You will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations and Accounting teams to keep communication and processes running smoothly.
Day to day, you will call and qualify new leads, prepare and send quotes (requesting pricing, inventory and ocean freight rates from internal teams while protecting the profit margin), coordinate samples, and keep the CRM and customer portals accurate and up to date. Once a deal is closed, you will enter orders and follow up with our Logistics team on their status and delivery dates, keeping customers informed at every step. You will also help solve claims or quality issues and prepare the trackers and commercial reports the sales team relies on.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or coordinating international commercial operations (sales support, commercial coordination, export sales or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, and strong Excel skills for quotes, trackers and commercial reports.
- Knowledge of the international quoting and order process: pricing, margins, Incoterms and order follow-up.
- English C1: excellent verbal and written communication, as you will be in daily contact with customers and the Miami team.
- Critical thinker, problem solver and highly detail-oriented.
