The Opportunity
In this role, you will require a unique blend of deep domain expertise, technical fluency, and client‑facing leadership. You will lead the design of end‑to‑end Trust & Safety ecosystems that combine human expertise, AI/ML, automation, and analytics to deliver measurable impact on platform safety, compliance and user trust. As a senior member of TP.ai Data Services, you will act as both a hands‑on solution architect and a strategic advisor, working with Fortune 500 clients, regulators,
and technology partners to create solutions that balance policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and responsible AI adoption.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive the design of end‑to‑end Trust & Safety solutions, spanning content moderation, policy enforcement, child safety, fraud prevention, IP protection, brand integrity, misinformation mitigation, and emerging harms.
- Translate client requirements, policy frameworks, and regulatory mandates into globally deployable operating models that combine people, process, and technology.
- Design scalable delivery frameworks that integrate human‑in‑the‑loop workflows with AI/ML classifiers, automation pipelines, abuse simulation, and advanced analytics.
- Lead solution workshops and RFP responses, clearly articulating value propositions, technical frameworks, and ROI.
