Marsh is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in Controllership across six countries, including Colombia. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days a week and can be based in Cali or Bogotá, Colombia.
The idóneo candidate will lead complex accounting and reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, drive SOX controls, mentor staff, and ensure timely closes and accurate disclosures. Strong English and Spanish communication is essential.
