Revenue Assurance & Disputes Analyst (Semi-Senior)

Do you enjoy tracing a billing discrepancy back to its exact root cause — and turning that precision into real dollars recovered for the business? At Identidad Tech, we've spent 25 years building telecommunications solutions for carriers and enterprises worldwide: Wholesale Voice, SMS, Cloud Numbering, and Managed Services. You'll own the full voice and SMS billing dispute cycle end-to-end, as part of our Finance team in Bogotá.

The essentials — please read before applying

100% on-site at our Bogotá office, Monday to Friday, for at least the first 6 months.

English B2 or higher — part of the interview is in English.

3–5 years reconciling records against invoices and resolving billing disputes. If you're looking for a remote or hybrid role right now, this one isn't the right fit — and we'd rather tell you upfront.

What you'll do

- Analyze CDR/EDR and reconcile carrier traffic records against our internal platforms.
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies and dispute differences per contract terms.
- Resolve carrier and customer invoice disputes, validating claims to accept or reject them.
- Maintain the dispute log aligned with accounting and prepare the weekly dispute report.
- Process credit memos and accruals from disputes and adjustments.
- Support treasury, collections and reporting (AR/AP Aging, past-due, SOA) and counterparty credit assessments. Your team You'll work side by side every day with our accounting, treasury and AR colleagues, and with our commercial team when a dispute needs it.

We like working together in person: sharing lunches, celebrating wins, and helping each other through the monthly close.

Requirements

- Completed (graduated) degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience reconciling usage or transaction records against vendor/carrier or customer invoices and taking disputes through to resolution. Collections or payment follow‑up alone isn't enough.
- Strong B2+ English, written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large‑dataset reconciliation) and ERP familiarity (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP or similar).
- Lives in Bogotá and can commit to 5 days on‑site.
- Preferred: telecom experience (CDR/EDR), credit memo and accrual treatment. What we're looking for - Precise and curious — you investigate a discrepancy until it's resolved, not just logged.
- A real team player who builds working relationships. You'll be the link between our data, our accountants and our carriers.
- A clear, confident communicator with international carriers in English.
- Sound judgment on when to elevate versus resolve independently.

What we offer

- Fully company-paid prepaid medical plan (medicina prepagada)
- 5 extra paid days off + 3 sick days beyond legal requirements
- Snacks and beverages ·
- Pet-friendly office · New offices with recreational spaces
- Direct interaction with general carriers from day one
- Progressive hybrid benefit: 1 remote day/week at 6 months, 2 at 1 year
