MicroSourcing Colombia is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) intake specialist for an outbound/outbound data-entry focused role. You will review client demographics, assist clients via calls and emails, and enter documents into our tax software to support the tax preparation team.

Strong English (B2+), at least 6 months outbound experience, and sharp organizational skills are required. Experience with Salesforce, Lacerte, Amazon Connect, and MS Office is preferred.
