Description

We are seeking a Web Applications Administrator to configure, support, and improve web applications and SaaS platforms. The role includes user-facing workflows, releases, reporting, and troubleshooting after deployment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Configure, maintain, and support web applications, SaaS platforms, and submission workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical designs, estimates, and solutions.
- Create or improve page layouts, interfaces, and content experiences.
- Coordinate release preparation, deployment validation, and post-release support.
- Investigate application defects, publishing issues, integrations, and configuration problems.
- Support reporting and data-management activities using Excel and SQL.
- Maintain deployment procedures and technical documentation.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, integrations, deployments, and production support.
- Ability to manage priorities and work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

Skills

- Web application and SaaS administration.
- SQL, Excel, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Release coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with low-code platforms, APIs, cloud applications, or regulated industries is a plus.
