Your Role
We’re looking for an Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound who will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats),
reviewing and entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries
- Data Entry
- Support with client data entry into the tax software system
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Advanced English Level B2+
- At least 6 months’ experience doing outbound calls, emails and client communications Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent Organizational, Time-management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Lacerte (Tax Software), Amazon Connect, Microsoft Office
