About the VALD Contracts Admin Team

As part of a truly integral team, the Contracts Admin Team serves as the primary onboarding contact for contract processing and initial invoicing with all VALD’s clients worldwide. The team collaborates closely with sales teams, regional directors, the finance team, logistics staff, and Client Success to ensure a seamless sales process,



in alignment with our overarching goal to ensure that our clients are well-supported in their adoption of VALD’s technologies into their core business functions.

What you will do
- Prepare and process VALD's standard client contracts, quotes, orders, invoicing requests, and contract renewals, including data entry and record management.
- Support the Sales, Client Success, and Finance teams with contract administration and client onboarding activities.
- Assist with the review of client agreements and support contract negotiations by coordinating feedback, managing redlines, and escalating non-standard legal or commercial terms where required.
- Maintain accurate client, contract, and order information within NetSuite and other business systems, ensuring all records and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
