Overview:
Role Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Analyze data and business information to develop insights, trends, metrics, and reporting that support decision-making.
- Lead and support projects by developing timelines, documenting processes, tracking actions, and driving execution.
- Assist with risk mitigation efforts and support compliance,



audit, and investigative activities.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to implement action plans and address control gaps or operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence as needed.
- Support the design and implementation of process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Balance multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Support ad hoc requests, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects as needed.
