Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Cloud and Infrastructure Analyst. The role involves managing and supporting cloud and network infrastructure, both in Azure and AWS delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems as well as implementing new technologies in our infrastructure.



The analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve cloud-based infrastructure solutions while maintaining system reliability and security.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related
• Experience with cloud platforms and related technologies like Terraform
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure. AWS, Office365 and Azure
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support
• Effective Troubleshooting skills to resolve and prevent technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams
