Are you an experienced UAT Manager with a strong background in fintech, banking, payment processing, or credit card solutions?

We are looking for a talented professional to join a dynamic international fintech organization and lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for credit card and lending programs.

What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in UAT, QA, Test Management, or Functional Testing
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment processing, or credit card environments
- Strong knowledge of the credit card lifecycle, transaction processing, payment networks, and payment flows
- Experience creating and managing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Advanced English, both written and spoken
- Lead UAT activities for credit card and lending implementations
- Define test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria,



and validation processes
- Translate business requirements into functional testing scenarios
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and client teams
- Track defects and ensure issue resolution and successful user sign-off
- Support go-live readiness, production validation, and post-launch stabilization
