We’re looking for a Leading Optometrist to join us in Bogotá D.C., Colombia (Fontibón – On-site)

Your Role

Serve as the clinical authority for a strategic project leading optometric quality assurance, standardizing training, ensuring compliance with global clinical standards, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the optometrist team.

The role of Master Expert / Leading Optometrist will involve:

• Lead and mentor the optometrist team
• Monitor quality and process adherence




• Conduct third-level clinical quality reviews
• Standardize training materials and operating manuals
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Support operational reporting and KPI monitoring
• Collaborate with integral stakeholders and country DRIs
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence

Your Experience

• 4–6+ years in clinical optometry, prescription verification, quality assurance, or clinical operations
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred

Desirable qualifications

• Degree in Optometry (Mandatory). Valid Colombian professional license required
• English B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
• Experience working with international teams or in standardized governance
