We’re looking for a B2B Sales Trainer to join our TOP Team at TP. If you have experience in B2B Sales, Advertising Sales or Digital Marketing, and you’re passionate about training, coaching, and helping others grow, this could be your next opportunity.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing learning methodologies, evaluating training results, and ensuring our teams have the knowledge and tools they need to deliver an outstanding service.

You’ll also:

• Design and implement training activities for new hires.
• Develop engaging learning methodologies focused on product knowledge.
• Conduct evaluations and follow-ups to measure training effectiveness.
• Keep teams updated on product changes, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and clients through regular calibrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve training strategies and outcomes.
• Foster effective communication between training and operations teams.




• Lead your assigned team with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 months of B2B Sales experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in Advertising Sales or Digital Marketing.
• At least 6 months of experience in Training, Learning, Enablement, or Coaching.
• Technician degree in administrative or related fields.
• B2+ English level.
• Full-time availability.
• A proactive, responsible, empathetic mindset and strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others learn and grow.
