Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive/ Student Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students take the next step in their career journey. This role is responsible for guiding leads through the enrollment process, understanding their career goals, presenting program solutions, and converting prospects into enrolled students.

The adecuado candidate is a strong communicator, consultative seller, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful career transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Student Enrollment & Admissions





• Conduct discovery calls with prospective students to understand career goals, challenges, and motivations

• Present Earlston Academy programs and career pathways in a consultative manner

• Guide prospects through the admissions and enrollment process

• Address objections and answer questions regarding curriculum, outcomes, financing, and career support services

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students throughout the enrollment cycle

• Assist applicants with enrollment paperwork and onboarding requirements

Lead Management & Conversion

• Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, events, and partnerships

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective students who have expressed interest in programs

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

• Track prospect engagement, follow-up activities, and enrollment progress
