Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Human Resources Associate to oversee the overall HR operations for our growing LATAM team of 20-30 FTEs (front and back office). This pivotal role will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, legal compliance, and employee relations,
with a strong focus on supporting our dynamic Call Center and Logistics operations.
Responsibilities::
• Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, specializing in volume hiring for Call Center agents and fulfillment staff, ensuring rapid and quality placements.
• Payroll & C&B; Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in strict alignment with local regulations.
• Legal & Compliance: Work with Group HR relating to all HR policies, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures strictly comply with local labor laws. Stay updated on any changes in employment legislation.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and motivated work environment, particularly within the high-volume Call Center.
