We're hiring a Student Success Manager to ensure every student has a white-glove experience and gets the most out of their Med School Insiders program. You'll coordinate across our offerings, from medical school admissions advising and MCAT/USMLE support to residency guidance, and manage day-to-day operations for our premium programs, where students are supported by a dedicated team of physician advisors, college advisors, and tutors. You'll be the proactive voice reaching out, checking in, and making sure every student feels supported, valued, and on track.

What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families across our programs, delivering a warm, polished, concierge-level experience.




• Proactively check in with students on a regular cadence to track milestones (MCAT/USMLE prep, applications, admissions, residency match) and catch roadblocks early.
• Manage a high volume of students while providing deeper, high-touch coordination for those in premium programs.
• Coordinate students' advisor and tutor teams, from assignment and onboarding through ongoing support.
• Onboard new advisors and tutors using our standardized email sequences, role videos, and workflow documentation.
• Build and maintain student study schedules and progress tracking in Google Sheets, including dashboards and tutor worksheets.
• Escalate issues to advisors or leadership when needed, and flag opportunities where a student would benefit from additional services.
• Keep student records, pipelines, and communications current in Attio, Front, Notion, and our internal student and advisor platform.
