Position: Student Journey Coordinator
Full-time · Remote from Colombia (Medellín/Manizales preferred)
What you'll do
Student Services (core of the role)
— Provide personalised follow-up to students from enrolment through arrival and during their studies abroad.
— Offer practical and emotional support at critical moments and escalate cases with good judgment.
— Run pre-departure preparation: accommodation, health insurance (OSHC), arrival logistics and orientation.
— Keep case records up to date in our CRM and support tools, including AI-powered assistants.
— Act as a liaison with institutions' student support teams when a student needs it.
Supporting the admissions & visa process
— Support our team in preparing applications to institutions (English schools, VET, higher education) and tracking offers and confirmations of enrolment.
— Help students gather and organise their student visa documentation, mainly for Australia (Subclass 500) and also for Europe and other destinations.
— Review files carefully for completeness before they move forward.
— Provide backup during peak periods and absences.
What we need from you
✅ Working knowledge of admissions and student visa processes (Australia preferred). You'll support our team across these stages, so you need to understand how they work.
✅ Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher), written and spoken. You will write daily to institutions abroad.
