We are seeking a Professional in Optometry to join our Optical Center team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive optometric care to our Members, ensuring a high-quality service experience, maintaining accurate clinical records, and supporting the achievement of established commercial and operational goals.

Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off during the week.
Location: Medellin, Colombia.

What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Optometric care & Member service
• Provide comprehensive optometric care to Members visiting our Optical Center.
• Perform optometric evaluations and use the appropriate instruments and equipment for professional assessment and diagnosis.




• Provide clear and professional guidance to Members based on their individual needs.
• Ensure an excellent Member experience throughout the consultation and service process.

Clinical records & documentation
• Ensure the proper management, control, and maintenance of patients’ clinical records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete information in accordance with established procedures and applicable requirements.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and appropriate handling of patient information.

Commercial & operational performance
• Contribute to the achievement of established commercial and management indicators.
• Identify opportunities to provide solutions that meet Members’ needs while supporting the objectives of the Optical Center.
• Follow established operational procedures and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Optical Center team to achieve shared goals.
