Summary
We are hiring an Outbound BDR to generate qualified meetings for a company with $25k+ ACV deal sizes. This is a phone-heavy, multi-channel outbound role selling into technical personas. The campaign has produced 400+ meetings already in 2026 YTD between partner referral optimization and partner outbound motions.

Compensation
• 20 days PTO + standard country paid holidays
• Base compensation: $2,000 USD per month
• Commission (uncapped):
• $300 USD per held meeting (Meetings 1 through 4)
• $400 USD per held meeting (Meetings 5 through 8)
• $500 USD per held meetings (Meetings 9+)
• 1% of Annual Contract Value (ACV) deal becomes closed won

This means that a BDR holding 8 meetings per mo is earning $4,800 USD per mo + earning $$$ from closed won deals on top of that from the meetings they source.

What you'd do
• Run high-volume outbound activity: approximately 150 dials per day using Trellus dialer, plus email and LinkedIn touches.
• 2 Daily 2-hour call block (4 hours total daily dialing)




• Use Apollo for outbound sequences and HubSpot for CRM activity tracking, notes, and pipeline visibility.
• Book qualified meetings with technical buyers
• Follow proven messaging, call scripts, objection handling, and feedback loops to improve conversion over time.
• Maintain daily consistency, clean CRM hygiene, and strong follow-up discipline.

NO MANUAL PROSPECTING
• You will not be responsible for manual prospecting, list-building, account research, or data enrichment. Our internal data team handles account selection, contact sourcing, and list preparation so reps can focus on outreach, conversations, and booked meetings.
