Bilingual Case Processing Assistant

Location: Remote (Home Office)
Pay: USD $1,200 per month
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time

About the Role
You will support immigration case preparation by drafting documents in English, reviewing supporting materials, and communicating with clients. Under the guidance of a Case Coordinator, you will keep case files accurate, complete, and ready for review within established deadlines.

This opportunity is intended for candidates transitioning from other sectors into immigration case support.

Responsibilities
• Prepare initial drafts of letters, forms, declarations, briefs, and other case documents for Case Coordinator review and approval, incorporating requested corrections.
• Review client information, identify inconsistencies,



and collect missing documents to assemble complete, accurate case packets.
• Conduct introductory calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide regular updates through clients’ preferred communication channels.
• Monitor case progress, maintain accurate records, and manage follow-up tasks and deadlines.
• Prepare documents and briefs for client interviews and signature appointments.
• Coordinate document processing and delivery with internal teams, complete assigned requests, and prepare and submit agency inquiries as directed.
• Interpret between English and Spanish during client meetings as needed.
• Escalate unresolved questions or concerns, protect confidential information, and follow established procedures and quality standards.
