Earlston Academy is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, sales growth, and marketing initiatives for our AI and career training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase applications, enrollments, and revenue.

• Generate leads through outbound sales, digital marketing, partnerships, social media, email, and other channels.

• Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation through enrollment.

• Identify and develop B2B partnerships with companies, organizations, and other potential clients.

• Support and manage sales representatives and provide guidance on prospecting and closing.

• Create and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.

• Develop messaging and sales materials that clearly communicate Earlston Academy's programs and value.

• Track leads, sales activity, conversion rates, enrollments, and revenue.





• Monitor marketing performance and adjust campaigns based on results.

• Research market trends, competitors, and new customer acquisition opportunities.

• Work closely with leadership, admissions, instructors, and operations to support enrollment growth.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales and marketing results.

• Experience in education, training, technology, career services, or professional services is a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup env
