Join our Finance team as an Accounts Payable Advanced Specialist, supporting high-volume financial operations for our USA and Canada businesses. In this role, you will combine strong AP expertise, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure accurate transactions while building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

How you create impact

• Manage Accounts Payable activities: Process and validate high volumes of transactions, including receipts, invoices, reimbursements, and bank transfers,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal customers: Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to expenses, reimbursements, payments, and AP processes, providing clear and timely solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance: Review documentation, validate transactions, and apply internal policies and procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Participate in meetings with stakeholders across the USA and Canada, communicate effectively, and follow up on requests and financial matters.
• Manage priorities in a high-volume environment: Work autonomously, organize multiple requests, and ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
