About the Role
This is a high-visibility leadership position in charge of more than 1,000 employees.
We are seeking a Head of HR & Staffing in Medellín to own our high-volume recruitment engine and full HR operations across our local studio locations.

What You Will Own

• Mass-Hiring & Selection Engine: Own high-volume recruitment (500+ positions) end-to-end. Personally participate in interviewing and candidate intake during peak ramp-ups, moving to monitoring and quality control at steady state.

• EST & Commercial Vendor Management: Lead the operational and commercial relationship with Temporary Staffing Companies (ESTs). Negotiate rates and AIU, monitor legal compliance, and manage agency performance day-to-day.

• Full HR Operations & Legal Compliance: Define and enforce HR policies across both company locations. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and offboarding, and ensure strict compliance with Colombian labor law (shift surcharges/recargos, overtime, and prestaciones) and SG-SST protocols.

• Retention & Early-Tenure Integration:



Design retention strategies to reduce turnover. Track early attrition and first-week adaptation to continuously refine recruitment and selection quality.

• HR Data, Analytics & Budgeting: Design and manage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, recruitment effectiveness) and oversee total rewards, shift premium budgets, and HR spending.

• Team Leadership & Executive Advisory: Lead and mentor the HR and Payroll team in person across sites, acting as a direct advisor to Management and Operations on all workforce matters.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR leadership (Senior HRBP, TA Director, HR Manager, or HR Leader), ideally in shift-based front-line industries (Hospitality, Contact Centers/BPO, Entertainment, Media, or 24/7 Operations).
