Role Summary: We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to own the technical stability, day-to-day site administration, and fulfillment workflows across our portfolio of 4+ direct-to-consumer Shopify storefronts (covering both Shopify Plus and standard plans).

A major near-term priority for this role will be spearheading our migration across stores to Shopify Online Store 2.0 (OS 2.0). You will serve as the internal bridge between our commercial brand managers and our external development agency (Praella). You will ensure that stores run reliably, orders flow smoothly to fulfillment, apps and sales channels are configured properly, and new site features or product launches go live without disruptions. You will handle store administration, template builds, OS 2.0 architecture, and initial troubleshooting internally, reserving our development agency for advanced Liquid coding and custom technical builds.

What You Will Own:
1. Online Store 2.0 Migration and Architecture




• Lead the operational transition of our storefronts to Shopify Online Store 2.0, working alongside our development agency to plan, configure, and audit the migration.
• Establish a modular store architecture using JSON templates, sections, and app blocks across all stores so brand managers can build landing pages and update PDPs without writing code.
• Define and maintain custom metafield and metaobject structures to standardize content display, product specifications, and variant details across all brand catalogs.

2. Store Operations and Merchandising Execution
• Set up new products, variants, pricing, SKU mappings, and inventory tracking across all stores.
• Build and update landing pages and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) using native OS 2.0 sections, blocks, and page-builder tools.
