TeamHub is a BPO company that helps Retail and Ecommerce businesses scale through omnichannel customer experience and staff augmentation. We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to support one of our US based clients.
About the Role
You will manage sourcing and purchasing activities for a US Retail and Ecommerce operation, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products and services are acquired on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality.
Responsibilities
• Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers and vendors in the US market
• Manage purchase orders from request through delivery
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to drive cost savings
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality standards
• Coordinate with inventory, operations and finance teams to align purchasing with demand
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting




• Identify risks in the supply chain and propose alternatives

Requirements
• 3+ years of procurement experience in the US market
• Proven background with Retail and Ecommerce companies
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with ERP or procurement tools (NetSuite, SAP, Coupa or similar)
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Based in LATAM, with availability to work US business hours

Nice to Have
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Shopify based businesses
• Knowledge of import processes, logistics or inventory planning

Contract Details
• Independent contractor agreement
• 100% remote
• Start date: as soon as possible
