Carrier Analyst

The Carrier Analyst is responsible for conducting testing of carrier performance systems and data flows, analyzing performance metrics, validating and reconciling data, and supporting the identification and resolution of carrier-related issues. This role collaborates with carriers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure testing accuracy, data reliability, operational compliance, and continuous improvement of carrier performance.

Key Responsabilities:
• Conduct regular testing of carrier performance systems and data flows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor and analyze carrier performance metrics following testing activities to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to detect issues related to billing, delivery, or service quality, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with carriers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases,



ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Propose and implement strategies to enhance carrier performance based on testing results, data insights, and operational feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, carrier policies, and testing methodologies to support comprehensive testing coverage and compliance.
• Support the onboarding of new carriers by conducting initial integration testing, validating data exchanges, and providing feedback for process enhancements.
• Track and document testing outcomes, carrier issues, and resolution actions using internal systems, ensuring transparency and supporting continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to review testing results, carrier performance, and improvement initiatives.
