Role Description The Production Manager role is a on-site position based at Tarkus Pharma Lab’s facility in Tocancipá. The Production Manager oversees daily production operations, including planning,



organizing, and controlling manufacturing activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets. This role coordinates production schedules, manages resources and staffing, and ensures compliance with GMP, EU-GMP, and regulatory standards related to medicinal cannabis processing. The Production Manager monitors process performance, implements continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates closely with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. The position also involves training and guiding production staff, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and supporting audits and inspections.
