As an HRBP Manager you will:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and regional teams, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement. You will drive key talent and organizational initiatives, influence business decisions through people insights, and ensure consistent HR practices across the region to support Dollarcity's sustainable growth.

This is a regional role based in El Salvador, and we welcome applications from candidates currently based in Colombia who are open to relocating to El Salvador.
A day as an HRBP Manager:
- Partner with the business to drive people strategies
Work closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate workforce needs, and translate organizational challenges into practical people strategies that support business objectives.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership
Lead organizational design initiatives, identify critical roles and future capabilities, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams aligned with the company's growth strategy.
