About the role
You'll work side by side with the CEO, supporting growth and operations across our locations. This role is for someone who likes solving problems, moves fast, and wants to learn how a company scales internationally.

What you'll do
- Build and manage lead funnels: research, qualify and organize prospects, and keep the CRM up to date
- Support sales by preparing outreach materials and driving pipeline follow-ups
- Join operations calls, track action items and help unblock stalled workstreams
- Create presentations, decks and one-pagers
- Analyze sales,



occupancy and pipeline data and turn it into clear insights
- Use AI tools to automate research, reporting and repetitive work
- Lead your own projects from start to finish

What we're looking for
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset and strong selling ability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional English, written and spoken
- Fluent with AI tools and quick to learn new ones
- Organized, proactive and reliable with deadlines
- Available during US Eastern business hours
- 0 to 3 years of experience in business, consulting, sales or startups
