Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Talent Acquisition Optimization, you will manage daily transactions related to the client's Talent Acquisition processes and functions within agreed timeframes. You will support the client's strategic goals and operations by applying your knowledge of HR/TA processes to optimize business process support.

Key Responsibilities





• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with business needs, hiring priorities, and operational targets.
• Support recruitment activities in BPO and operational environments, managing high-volume hiring demands and prioritizing requisitions according to business needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, KPIs, and team performance against established goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, track results, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment process information in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to ensure efficient recruitment operations and the timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
