We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing B2B deals. If you're driven by results and want unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries.
• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with HR Leaders, Learning & Development professionals, CXOs, Founders, Operations Heads, and decision-makers.




• Conduct discovery calls to understand client learning and training requirements.
• Present AIRA EdTech's AI-powered corporate training solutions through virtual meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, SaaS, EdTech, HR Solutions, Training, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business opportunities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
