Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded Senior Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of assigned global benefits and Total Rewards programs. The adecuado candidate is a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can seamlessly transition between high-level strategy design and hands-on administrative execution.

About The Role

• Lead the strategic design, implementation,



and day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs across the LATAM region.
• Manage the annual benefits renewal process for all LATAM countries. Partner closely with local brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive rates, favorable terms, and comprehensive coverage that aligns with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy.
• Develop and deliver clear, targeted benefits communications that increase employee awareness, engagement and utilization of regional benefit programs.
• Propose strategic enhancements to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant in each local market.
• Oversee all benefits-related financial operations for the region, including the accurate reconciliation, auditing, and processing of vendor invoices.
• Support and facilitate new hire benefit orientations.
