Role Description This Sales Specialist role focuses on growing and maintaining ROI’s global customer base for synthetic resins. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospects, manage sales pipelines, and conduct meetings with customers and distributors. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing follow-up support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with management on sales strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
