Job Purpose
The Sales Closer is responsible for taking ownership of active sales opportunities and converting them into won business.
The role manages a pipeline of customers who have already engaged with IWG, ensuring every opportunity is actively followed up, progressed and driven towards a decision. Success requires strong pipeline discipline combined with the ability to sell, negotiate and close remotely.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and actively manage a pipeline of open sales opportunities through to close.
• Ensure no opportunity is left unmanaged, with clear next steps and timely follow-up on every enquiry.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and video to progress opportunities and secure commitment.
• Understand customer requirements and identify what is preventing them from making a decision.
• Confidently handle objections around price, product, location, timing and competitor alternatives.
