Business Analyst – Global Recruiting Transformation

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Global Recruiting Transformation to support global initiatives focused on improving recruiting processes, technology, and user experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with Recruiting, Product, Technology, HRIS, Operations, and general teams to understand business needs, identify process gaps, define requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions.
You will play a key role in connecting business operations with technology, helping ensure that new recruiting processes and systems are clearly defined, properly tested, and successfully implemented across different countries and sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Map current-state and future-state recruiting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows,
business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Partner with Recruiting, Product, Technology, HRIS, Operations, and vendors to define effective solutions.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, UAT, testing, and solution validation.
• Ensure requirements are documented, approved, and traceable throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support global and regional rollouts, identifying local requirements and process variations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, playbooks, RACIs, and other process documentation.
• Assess the impact of process and technology changes on recruiters, hiring managers, and other users.
• Partner with Enablement teams to support training and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Conduct post-go-live reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improv
