TP-Link Colombia is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy and operations, supporting business growth while strengthening our culture, employee experience, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of talent.
• Manage training and development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience programs.
• Partner with managers and business leaders on people-related matters.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, social security, and personnel administration processes.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and company policies.
• Manage HR KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Lead performance management and talent development processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.




• Support organizational development and strategic HR projects.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in leadership or management positions.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
• Experience managing recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience working with HR metrics and reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency – required.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments is a plus.
