The Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Pipeline Sourcer / Recruiter to support high-volume, face-to-face hiring efforts for one of our key clients in the Construction industry. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for canvassing teams and retail associates placed in major big box retailers across the continental United States.
The adecuado candidate thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment, demonstrates an Ownership Mentality, and brings Curiosity First when identifying creative sourcing strategies across multiple U.S. geographies.
You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting field hiring initiatives, and delivering top-tier candidates who align with our client’s standards of Excellence Everyday.
This is a fully remote opportunity, with a strong preference for candidates based in Colombia who are experienced in supporting U.S.-based hiring teams.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
Salary: $4,200,000 COP
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
