Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Colombia Time
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $500 U.S. dollars a month as base pay + $100 dollars for each booking we close.

Crewli is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Colombia or any other LATAM country to help us grow our restaurant software business in the United States.

This is a full-time contractor role (40 hrs a week), focused entirely on outbound sales development.

You won't be responsible for closing deals. Our team handles the demos and closing.
Your job is to create qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

You'll follow an established outbound sales process that includes:
• Making outbound calls to U.S. restaurants
• Speaking with restaurant owners and decision-makers
• Qualifying prospects
• Following up with interested prospects
• Sending sales decks and information by email
• Booking qualified meetings and demos for our team




• Maintaining accurate activity and follow-up in our CRM
• Following up consistently with prospects who aren't ready to buy immediately

We provide the contact lists, phone numbers, sales materials, sales deck, CRM, and process.
You focus on calling, following up, and creating opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is important for this role.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in:
• SDR / BDR work
• Cold calling
• Outbound sales
• Appointment setting
• B2B sales development
• Lead qualification

You should be comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with business owners.
You should also have:
