Job Summary
TP is seeking a B2B Digital Advertising Sales Team Lead to manage a team
supporting advertisers in the US and Canada. The Team Lead will coach consultative
sales conversations, strengthen pipeline generation, and improve customer outcomes
across acquisition, qualification, onboarding, and account growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Directly manage and coach a team of approximately 10 sales representatives
through performance reviews, call feedback, and individual action plans.
2. Drive prospecting, customer meetings, opportunity qualification, and follow-up to
build a healthy sales pipeline.
3. Coach representatives to uncover business objectives, audience, budget, decision
process, timeline, and success measures before recommending advertising
solutions.
4. Monitor meeting rate, revenue, pipeline, forecast, and sales quality. Identify
performance gaps and take measurable corrective action.
5. Support effective campaign recommendations, advertiser onboarding, retention,




and account growth according to the team’s assigned sales motion.
6. Review CRM activity and customer interactions to improve account prioritization,
opportunity management, and forecast accuracy.
7. Partner with Quality, Training, and Operations to turn recurring sales insights into
coaching and process improvements.
8. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure the team
follows client and company standards.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 year of direct team leadership in a B2B sales environment.
2. At least 6 months of experience in digital advertising sales or marketing.
3. Experience with prospecting, consultative selling, pipeline management, CRM
reporting, and sales coaching.
4. Ability to interpret commercial and quality metrics and translate them into clear
team actions.
5. English B2+.
