Business Immigration and Removal Defense

In this role, you will research, verify, request, and analyze evidence. You will help build business immigration cases and prepare applications and court filings in removal proceedings under attorney direction. Both require precise work and consistent follow-through.

Job DescriptionThis role combines business immigration production, including O-1 and EB-1 cases, with removal-defense support.



You will learn the firm’s methods and help develop repeatable procedures for its removal work. The mix of assignments will depend on case needs.
You will spend most of your day:
• Reviewing records, researching facts and supporting sources, and identifying missing or inconsistent evidence.
• Drafting case narratives, support letters, declarations, forms, and court documents for attorney review.
• Requesting documents, reviewing incoming material promptly, following up on deficiencies, and organizing filing packages.

Communication is primarily written and focused on case preparation. The attorney directs legal strategy and approves legal work. This is a production role, with no sales or routine customer-service responsibilities.
