About The Role

You will be responsible for creating compelling customer-facing content, including technical briefs, solution overviews, thought leadership articles, launch materials, product guides, and marketing assets that communicate both technical capabilities and business value. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Create technical marketing content, including product guides, blogs, solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and customer-facing documentation.
• Translate technical features into business-focused messaging and value propositions.
• Create and maintain product documentation, implementation guides, tutorials, and how-to articles.
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to develop go-to-market content.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and positioning across deliverables.
• Conduct research and stakeholder interviews to gather technical and market insights.




• Support content audits, updates, and documentation lifecycle management.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams working across US time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Technical Writing experience, technical content creation, product marketing, or technical communications in SaaS or software environments.
• Strong experience creating technical documentation for enterprise software products.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills
• Understanding of product marketing fundamentals and go-to-market processes.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or similar.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, CMS platforms, and content management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken
