What You Can Expect

The Global Reporting Analyst will support the centralized data management and reporting function within Zimmer Biomet’s global FP&A; organization. The role focuses on developing scalable systems for extracting, transforming, and loading information (ETL) and supporting data solutions, analytics,



and AI-enabled capabilities that improve the quality, automation, and scalability of financial reporting.

The Analyst will work primarily with SQL and Python in Snowflake to prepare and transform data, develop analytical solutions, monitor data quality, and contribute to data science and AI initiatives. The role will collaborate with FP&A; and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, validate results, and translate financial and operational questions into reliable data-driven solutions.

How You'll Create Impact

• Support the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data processes using SQL and Python in Snowflake.
• Collaborate directly with the Power BI team to build, optimize, and enhance financial dashboards. Provide support on data modeling, DAX logic, and the integration of Python/ML outputs directly into Power BI reporting.
