Join a busy, growing home service company
Our U.S. client has two teams: one installs home appliances and one handles plumbing. The appliance team has a full office behind it. The plumbing team is growing fast, and the owner still takes every call and chases every job himself. You will be his right hand. You will answer the plumbing calls, book the jobs, and make sure every job gets billed and paid. The company is laid back, not corporate, and the work is steady all year.

What you'll do

- Answer all plumbing calls. Ask clear questions and write down the caller's name, phone number, address, problem, and next step.
- Book plumbing jobs in FieldPulse, the company's system for customers, bookings, and invoices.
- Each day, call the customers served the day before. Check that the work went well and that they paid.
- Check that the plumbers sent every invoice. Follow up with customers on unpaid bills.
- Go over paid and unpaid bills with the owner each week.
- Follow up with customers and the owner on price quotes and new job requests until each one has a next step.
- Help with permits for plumbing jobs.
- Send calls to the appliance team when needed, and pick up plumbing calls that come through their side.
- Keep the owner updated through WhatsApp and your work email.

You'll do well here if

- You pay close attention to details and follow up without being asked.
- You speak clear English and feel at ease on calls with U.S. customers.
- You take good notes and keep your own list of open items.
- You stay calm and firm with rude customers.



Some calls in the trades get rough, and you need a backbone.
- You learn new systems fast. You don't need to know FieldPulse on day one.

This may not be your role if
This is not a script only call center job, and it is not only customer service. You will own calls, jobs, and unpaid bills until they are closed. If you want to pass each call on and stop there, this role is not for you.

Experience that helps

- Work in the trades or another home service business. Plumbing is not required.
- A business or office admin background.
- Use of FieldPulse or another CRM or job system.
- Spanish. The company serves areas with many Spanish speaking customers.

Home office needs

- A quiet place for calls, steady internet, and a headset that sounds clear.
- A phone with WhatsApp, which the team uses to talk every day.

What good work looks like

- The owner no longer has to answer most plumbing calls.
- Every job gets an invoice, and every customer from the day before gets a check in call.
- Unpaid bills get followed up until they are paid.
- Quotes and new requests move forward without the owner having to remind you.
- Calls reach the right team with clear notes and a next step.
