Join our Sea Logistics team and play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and winning new customers, particularly within the SME segment. You will develop new FCL and LCL opportunities while acting as a trusted logistics consultant and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

How you create impact

Sea Logistics Sales Representative

• Drive new business: Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through cold calls, digital channels, networking, and other available sources.
• Build strong customer relationships: Lead virtual and face-to-face meetings with prospects, understand their logistics needs,



and build long-term trust.
• Develop and manage your sales pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM information, qualify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline that supports both individual and company growth targets.
• Provide tailored logistics solutions: Advise customers on ocean freight market developments and design integrated Sea Logistics solutions across FCL, LCL, and digital solutions.
• Convert opportunities into business: Collaborate with pricing and internal teams to develop quotations, support new customer implementation, and monitor the development of transported volumes and account performance.

• Previous commercial/sales experience, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or the international transportation industry.
• Strong business development and hunter mindset, with the ability to identify prospects, generate opportunities, and convert them into cust
