About the Role
We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our award-winning team, where your creative vision directly impacts the success of exciting brands across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
You’ll work closely with your dedicated Creative Strategist, who provides the strategy and thinking behind what we're testing. Your job is to turn that creative strategy into high-quality performance ads across static, video and social-first formats.
That means making smart decisions about hierarchy, composition, typography, imagery, pacing, hooks, product visibility,



movement and how an ad actually lands in-feed. We expect you to bring that judgment to the work, not wait for every executional decision to be prescribed in the brief.
Some ads might need to be beautifully polished. Others should feel native, raw or creator-led. A Right Hook Visual Designer understands the difference and knows how to execute both based on the brief.
What You'll Do Day to Day
1. Turn strategy into ads built to perform
You'll take creative briefs and translate them into paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms. You won't just ask, “Did I follow the brief?” You'll think about whether the execution actually communicates the idea clearly and whether there is a stronger way to bring it to life.
2. Create across formats
You'll work across a mix of:
Static ads and carousels
Branded video
UGC and creator-led edits
Motion graphics and GIFs
Product-led creative
Promotional and offer creativ
