About the Role
Spotlight is hiring a Creator Manager to own and grow a portfolio of TikTok Shop creators, and to shape and run the creator strategy for our brand partners. You'll be the main point of contact for your creators, acting as a trusted partner who helps them earn more, stay engaged, and work with Spotlight again and again.
This role is both creator-facing and client-facing. It combines strategy, high-touch relationships, and programs that reach creators at scale. You'll work closely with our Account Management and Operations teams to make sure creators and brands get best-in-class support.

Your Impact in the Role
• Creator strategy: Develop the creator strategy for each brand, including which creators to work with, what content to make, and how to activate them around launches and key sales moments.
