Ideals is seeking a Business Development Manager / Enterprise Account Executive to drive the VDR line with enterprise clients across industries from Bogotá. You will sell to C-level executives, navigate long cycles, and expand strategic accounts, leveraging deep discovery and consultative selling.
You will own end-to-end sales, build compelling business cases, coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success, and drive revenue growth in a remote-first environment with a strong
