Reservation Contact Center Agent

Were looking for a Reservation Contact Center Agent to join our team In this role, youll assist guests and owners with their vacation planning and reservation needs, helping them find the best accommodations while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Schedule
Training schedule 800 AM 600 PM
Regular schedule 915 AM 630 PM
Fulltime position
Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed, depending on business requirements.
What Youll Do
Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Help guests and owners book, modify, and cancel reservations.
Research resort, room, and date availability.
Explain accommodations, amenities, policies, fees, and reservation conditions.
Recommend alternative dates, resorts, or accommodations when needed.
Process payments and reservationrelated fees accurately.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of reservations and customer interactions.




Promote relevant products and services such as travel protection, loyalty programs, and upgrades.
Resolve reservation concerns while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Meet established goals related to customer service, quality, productivity, and bookings.
What Were Looking For
English level C1
1 year of experience in call center or BPO.
Intermediate computer skills.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
Strong organization and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced Contact Center environment.
Availability to work weekends and holidays when required.
