Important company is seeking a highly knowledgeable and detailoriented Subject Matter Expert SME to provide specialized expertise and operational support across recruitment projects and client accounts. The SME will serve as a key resource for recruiters, account managers, and leadership teams by providing industry knowledge, process guidance, training, quality assurance, and strategic recommendations to improve performance and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, indepth knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Serve as the primary knowledge resource for assigned accounts, industries, or recruitment functions.
Provide expert guidance to recruiters and sourcing specialists regarding hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and market trends.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
Assist in identifying operational challenges and recommending effective solutions.
Recruitment Support
Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for hardtofill and specialized positions.
Review job requirements and provide recommendations on candidate targeting and market positioning.
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Support talent mapping, market research, and workforce planning initiatives.
Training and Knowledge Management
Develop and deliver training programs for recruitment teams.
Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures SOPs, and best practice guides.
Mentor recruiters and team members to enhance productivity and quality.




Conduct knowledgesharing sessions and workshops.
Quality Assurance
Review recruitment activities to ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
Perform audits of candidate submissions, recruitment documentation, and workflow adherence.
Monitor service quality and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure data accuracy within ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers, Operations Leaders, and Clients to understand hiring needs.
Participate in client meetings as a subject matter resource when necessary.
Provide recommendations based on labor market trends and industry insights.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce management, or a related operational role.
Strong understanding of fullcycle recruiting processes.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and recruitment technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience working within staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment process outsourcing RPO environments.
Knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and labor market trends.
Experience training and mentoring teams.
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
